- THGHeat heat tape. This heat tape is ideal for use under large caging or rack systems. It can be cut to the length required and is SOLD BY THE FOOT. The Quantity entered is the number of feet desired. Does NOT include wire/clip/insulator set which must be ordered separately if needed. 6 watts per foot. This heat tape MUST be used with a thermostat. We recommend the Herpstat line of thermostats or the new Hobbystat Thermostat. We can also assemble your order to your specifications.
